About the ComfyGO Majestic IQ-9000 AR Power Wheelchair
The ComfyGO Majestic IQ-9000 AR power wheelchair lets the user or a caregiver electronically recline the backrest as needed, for comfort throughout the day. At its full upright position the backrest sits at 10°, and from there it reclines up to 55° using the LCD joystick or the included remote. The reclining IQ-9000 comes with a headrest, and ComfyGO asks that recline be used only while the chair is stationary.
This is the 17.5" seat version, with a 16" memory foam gel cushion. Its auto reclining feature sets the maximum weight at 310 lbs. Both armrests raise, and the joystick can be moved from the right side to the left.
Two quick-release 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries work together for up to 19 miles, and each one charges in the chair or on its own in 6 to 8 hours. Two 250W brushless motors with electromagnetic brakes built in can climb inclines up to 10 degrees, and seven speed settings run to a limited top speed of 4 mph. Pneumatic 12" rear tires and 8" solid front tires carry it, plus adjustable anti-tip bars.
For travel the frame is aircraft-grade aluminum alloy and the chair folds by hand to 23.5" x 15" x 30" according to ComfyGO's manual. The remote also lets a caregiver drive the chair and work the recline from up to 30 feet away.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
