About the ComfyGO Majestic IQ-9000 AR PLUS Power Wheelchair
Room to sit and room to lean back: the ComfyGO Majestic IQ-9000 AR PLUS power wheelchair pairs the wider seat of the IQ-9000 Plus with automatic recline. ComfyGO describes the 20" wide seat as the IQ-9000 Plus, and its 18" cushion width is more spacious than the standard model's.
The recline is electric and can be run by the rider or a caregiver. From a 10° upright position, the backrest goes back up to 55° at the press of the recline button on the LCD joystick, or from the hands-free remote. A headrest comes with the reclining chair. Do it while parked: ComfyGO advises against moving the chair while reclined.
With auto recline, the PLUS supports a maximum weight of 310 lbs. The manual puts the open chair at 38.5" x 26.5" x 39" and folded at 26" x 16" x 30", and it is a manual folding chair built on an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy frame.
Power comes from two standard 7.5AH lithium-ion batteries with a quick-release function. Together they give up to 19 miles, or up to 9.5 miles on a single battery, and they recharge in 6 to 8 hours from a regular home outlet. Two 250W brushless motors climb inclines up to 10 degrees across seven speed settings, top speed 4 mph. Pneumatic rear tires, solid front tires, adjustable anti-tip bars and a cushion with memory foam gel inserts round it out.
Custom Mobility ships the IQ-9000 AR PLUS across the lower 48. Questions about fit? We are glad to help.

Common questions
Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
