ComfyGO Majestic IQ-7000 AF Power Wheelchair

The ComfyGO Majestic IQ-7000 AF (Auto Folding) power wheelchair folds itself: press the fold or unfold button on the joystick or the remote control and the chair folds or unfolds automatically. Folding takes a two-step process on the controller to avoid an accidental fold, and ComfyGO warns never to use it while the chair is moving.

Folded, it measures 27" x 17" x 30". Open, it supports a maximum weight of 350 lbs, with a 19" seating area measured between the armrest support bars and both armrests able to raise. A storage bag sits under the seat.

You drive with a weather resistant 360-degree joystick that carries the power button with battery read-out, speed buttons, horn and the fold and unfold buttons, and you can move it from the right side to the left. Two motors, each working independently, climb angles up to 6 degrees, and five speed settings reach a limited top speed of 4 mph. It rolls on solid tires, 12" at the rear and 8" at the front.

Range depends on the battery. The 12AH lithium-ion battery delivers up to 13 miles, the long-range 20AH up to 19 miles, and either one charges in the chair or on its own in 6 to 8 hours. The included remote also lets a caregiver maneuver the chair from up to 30 feet away.
