Bruno ASL-700 Chariot

The Bruno ASL-700 Chariot is a lift on wheels. Bruno designed it to transport a scooter or powerchair behind most vehicles, even a small or mid-sized car, which makes it a scooter lift option for sedan drivers.

The trick is in the chassis. The Chariot's independent suspension carries the load's weight, not your vehicle, and thanks to 360-degree spinning wheels it cannot jack-knife. Go forward, reverse, turn or parallel park, and it stays precisely in line with your vehicle.

Loading is simple: drive onto the self-leveling platform, then press a button to raise or lower the lift. The traction-coated platform can be manually folded up when not in use. Self-tensioning retractable belts, with one-handed operation, hold the mobility device in place, and an integrated safety latch prevents unintentional platform lowering.

Its light package includes an illuminated license plate holder, brake/running lights and turn signals. The adjustable platform fits most mobility devices, it can be lowered slightly to reach most rear cargo areas, and the Chariot can be reinstalled on another applicable vehicle in the future. Bruno lists a back-up camera, corner markers, a spare tire and a vinyl cover as options.

Lifting capacity is 350 lb. Bruno notes that a vehicle's tongue weight rating often determines whether a specific scooter lift is suitable, which is worth checking for your car.

The Chariot is made in the USA with Bruno's 3-Year Limited Warranty, and Custom Mobility installs it in Georgia with its own technicians.
