About the Weighted Utensil Set
Heavier than ordinary silverware, these Vive utensils weigh between 206 and 226 grams apiece. That weight is the point: Vive made them to steady hands affected by tremors and to support a weakened grip.
The set has four pieces: knife 216 grams, fork 206, tablespoon 226 and soup spoon 226. Handles are ergonomically shaped, the spoon bowls are extra deep, and the steel is polished stainless.
They work at home or in a care setting. Clean them by hand or in the dishwasher using mild dish soap, then dry immediately.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
