About the Waterbase Pillow
Soft or firm, the choice is yours. Fill the bladder inside this Vive pillow with more water for a firmer feel or less for a softer one, then rest on a top layer of crushed memory foam.
The cover is cotton, the bladder is latex-free nylon PVC, and the pillow measures 26 in by 18 in. It takes up to 130 oz of water. Vive recommends distilled water, and the included funnel tool opens and closes the fill valve.
Spot clean it with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry it, and refresh the water at least every six months.

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
