About the Lumbar Roll
Loosen the strap, set the roll on the chair with the strap behind the seat back, then tighten. That is all it takes to put this Vive lumbar roll in place.
The roll is high-density foam, 12 in long and 4 in around, shaped to fit the curve of the lower back. Pick Hard for firmer support or Soft for a gentler feel.
Unbuckle the quick-release clip to take it with you. The mesh cover is machine washable.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
