Ordinary claws can lose their hold on glass and plastic. Suction cups do not, which is why Vive puts them on the tips of this folding reacher.

Use it to pick up a phone, a drinking glass or a lightbulb, or to clear yard debris. It reaches 32 in, holds up to five pounds, and its jaws pick up something as small as a coin.

Press the hinge button to fold it in half to 18 in. The handle is contoured for left or right hand.
