The claw rotates a full 90 degrees, opens 4 in wide and has a non-slip lining. It holds up to five pounds. The aluminum frame resists corrosion, so it works outdoors too.

To fold it, press the lock button on the hinge and lift the claw end until it rests along the handle. Folded, it is 18 in long.
