About the Bruno Elite Indoor Straight SRE-2010
The Bruno Elite SRE-2010 is a straight indoor stairlift built to combine high performance with adjustable comfort. Bruno says its adjustability makes it a comfortable fit for many body types, and it carries a 400 lb lift capacity.
Like the other Bruno straight models, it rides on a narrow, vertical rail that installs close to the wall, so friends, family and pets keep open space on the stairs. The seat turns 90° with an easy-turn design, operation is single-button, and wireless remotes are included. Obstruction safety sensors are part of the standard design.
Bruno lists options for seat color, a power footrest, power swivel, folding rail, a larger seat and a larger footrest. A folding rail lets the bottom section of rail fold out of the way when the chair is parked away from the bottom, which helps remove a tripping hazard from the lower landing.
Power cuts are planned for, too. Bruno stairlifts are battery-powered and offer several top-to-bottom trips even during a power outage, because the charger keeps the batteries recharged while the chair sits in its park position.
The Elite is made in the USA and backed by one of the strongest warranties in the industry: Bruno covers the motor, gearbox, drivetrain and static rail for the lifetime of the stairlift as long as the original purchaser owns it.
Custom Mobility installs the Elite in Georgia with its own technicians, and we handle service here too. Tell us about your staircase and we will help you decide whether the Elite is the right fit.

How The Work Happens
Five steps. You can stop at any of them, and nothing is charged until you have said yes to a written scope.
You tell us what is difficult
Not what product you think you need. The stairs, the front step, the bath, getting into the car. Working out the product is our job.
A call, not a sales pitchWe come out and measure
On site, at your address, free. We check the space, the power, and the structure, and we talk through how the room actually gets used.
Free, and no obligationYou get it in writing
An itemized scope and a price, with the lead time stated honestly. The price you agree to is the price of the job. Take as long as you like with it.
The price does not moveOur technicians install it
Our own people, not a subcontractor, who stay until everyone who has to operate it can operate it confidently.
Our own crewsWe service it afterward
The company that installed it is the company that maintains it. You are not handed to somebody else once the invoice clears.

Common questions
How long does installation take?
A straight stairlift is two to four hours, in a single visit. A curved rail is manufactured to your staircase, which takes three to five weeks, and then one day to install once it arrives. Anybody promising you a curved lift next week is describing a straight one.
Straight or curved, and why does it matter?
A straight flight takes a rail cut from stock, installed in two to four hours in one visit. Any turn or landing needs a rail manufactured to your staircase: three to five weeks to build, then one day to fit.
Will it damage my staircase?
The rail fastens to the treads rather than the wall. Fasteners leave small holes that fill easily if the lift is ever removed, and the staircase is still fully usable on foot with the lift parked.
Is there still room to walk up the stairs?
Yes. The seat, footrest, and arms fold up when the lift is parked, and we park it at the end of the run that suits the household.
Does it work in a power outage?
The units we install run on batteries that charge at the parking points, so the lift keeps working through an outage.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Where do you install and service?
Installation and service are in Georgia, from our base in Athens. Our technicians are mobile and come to your home, facility, or fleet yard.
