About the Bed Step Assist
A taller bed can mean a big first step. This Vive bedside step gives you a wide, non-slip platform to stand on and a handrail on each side to hold on the way up or down.
Set the step at 6 in or 7 in to suit your bed. The steel frame is rated for 400 lbs, and a crossbar ties the two handrail sides together.
Flip it to either side of the bed; it needs no permanent installation. It weighs 29 lbs, is white, and carries a 3 year Vive warranty.

Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
