About the Alternating Pressure Pad
Air channels that fill and decompress in turn are the core of this pad. There are 130 individually heat-sealed cells, and Vive seals each one so it does not leak.
Pressure cycles run about six minutes. The variable pump is quiet enough for sleep, uses 8W on a 110-120 volt supply, and lets you choose a pressure level. Flexible hoses connect it to the pad without kinking.
The vinyl is waterproof and latex-free, the pad is 78 in by 36 in, and it holds up to 300 pounds. It arrives with the pump, hose, patch kit and manual, in beige or dark blue. Warranty on the pad: 1 year.

Common questions
Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
