Cold or warm, the Vive wrist ice wrap puts it right around the wrist. The gel pack goes in the freezer for at least two hours, or in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time, and then into the hook and loop pocket inside the wrap.

About the Wrist Ice Wrap
Cold or warm, the Vive wrist ice wrap puts it right around the wrist. The gel pack goes in the freezer for at least two hours, or in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time, and then into the hook and loop pocket inside the wrap.
Vive's instructions keep each cold session to 20 minutes or less, and say to stop heating at once if the pack starts to expand. Knead a warmed pack to spread the heat before use.
The wrap is 17.13 in by 4.73 in, weighs 0.52 lbs in total and comes in gray and light blue. It fits wrists up to 9 in.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
