About the Knee Ice Wrap, 2 Pack
Two wraps in one order, for both knees or for keeping a spare ready. Each Vive brace comes with its own set of three clay gel packs.
Chill the packs flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or bring them to room temperature and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. They can also be warmed in hot water after it comes off the stove. Vive says to apply cold or heat for 15 to 20 minutes at most.
To put one on, load the packs into the two front pockets and the rear pocket, straighten the leg, slide the brace over the knee and fasten the middle strap first. The braces are 35.25 in long and fit knees up to 21 in.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
