About the Shoulder Ice Pack
Two straps and a shoulder-shaped gel pack make this one hands-free. One strap runs across the top at 92 cm and one around the bottom at 64.5 cm, and between them you control the compression.
Vive designed the pack to contour the shoulder for full coverage and to stay put when you move. It works chilled or warmed. The outer shell is nylon and PVC, and the gel inside is CMC, glycerin and water.
The gel pack is 36.7 cm long and 36 cm wide, and the set weighs 2.1 lbs (0.95 kg). A freezer bag is included. Clean by wiping with a damp cloth, then air dry. It is not machine washable.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
