About the Neck Ice Pack
Shaped like a collar, this gel pack wraps around the back of the neck and drapes over both shoulders. Vive made it from a strong vinyl that resists tearing and splitting, and the gel stays soft enough to bend when frozen.
You can use it two ways. For cold, lay it flat in the freezer for at least two hours. For warmth, microwave it in 15-20 second steps until warm, keeping it under 150 degrees. Either way, put a towel between the pack and the skin.
It is 22 inches long and 7.5 inches wide. Sizes are medium and large, and medium also comes as a 2 pack. To clean, wipe with a soft cloth, and keep it out of water.

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
