About the Ring Grip Exercisers

Athletes, musicians and anyone working on hand strength can use these rings almost anywhere. They are quiet, they fit in a pocket, and the six-ring set packs into its own nylon bag.

Resistance is color coded: teal is 10 lb, orange 20, green 30, blue 40, purple 50 and red 60. Crushing, pinching and finger extensions all work on a ring, and you can switch between levels in one session for interval training. The 4 count set holds four rings; the record does not say which levels.

All rings share the same size, 3.45 in outside and 1.75 in inside. They are made of nonslip, odorless, latex-free silicone. Wash by hand in warm water with mild detergent and let them air dry.

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
