About the PX4
Starting the Pride PX4 takes a tap of a key fob. It uses Near-Field Communication (NFC) for its ignition: place or tap the NFC key fob near the receiver on the side of the tiller and the scooter starts. Each fob is unique to its own unit, which Pride says adds an extra layer of security.
Pride designed it to enhance your outdoor adventures, with a 500-pound weight capacity and a battery range of up to 23.4 miles on a single charge. Full suspension and memory foam seating let you breeze over asphalt, concrete, gravel and other hard-packed surfaces, and 13-inch pneumatic tires sit at the front and rear.
You steer with a delta steering wheel that carries an LCD console, and the user interface is water-resistant. A full LED lighting package keeps you visible day or night, and a supplemental hand brake adds stopping power.
The depth-adjustable memory foam seat has a 6-inch slider, and Pride offers seat sizes of 18x18-20, 20x18-20 and 22x20-22 inches. Durable color-through shrouds come with your choice of nine vinyl accent colors, including four camo options, carrying a 7-year outdoor durability rating.
Custom Mobility carries the PX4 in all nine accent colors, from Satin Aluminum and Peacock Blue to Jungle Camo, and ships it across the lower 48. Pride also offers an optional hard top canopy and accessories.

Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
