About the Proactive Advanced Magnet Alarm
Green means armed, red means alarming. The flashing lights on top of Proactive's Advanced Magnet Alarm show at a glance which state it is in, day or night.
The alarm is set off through a multi-directional magnetic pull-switch, with an adjustable length cord clip that attaches to the resident's clothing. Staff reset it with a hidden dual button, placed to deter tampering; a screw option locks the control panel as well. Proactive includes 2 second delay options, which it says help reduce false alarms for restless residents.
Other details: low and high volume, a low battery alert, a rubber case, and two mounting choices, a bracket for practically all wheelchairs and beds or an easily detachable strap. The alarm is always in the on position. One 9V battery is included, and the warranty is 1 year.

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
