About the Pride Jazzy Carbon HD Power Wheelchair

Pride built the Jazzy Carbon HD as a heavy-duty travel power wheelchair: it offers a 400-lb. weight capacity yet weighs 32.2 lbs. without the battery. The frame is durable carbon fiber.

Folding takes a few seconds, and the chair locks securely in position; unfolding is just as easy. Folded, it is 31.3" L x 26.4" W x 13" H.

The roomy 20 x 20" seat has an adjustable padded seat back and a removable cushion, and the extra-wide adjustable foot platform measures 17.25" W x 5.9" D. Front and rear suspension smooths the ride over varied terrain.

A 20 Ah lithium battery comes standard and gives a range of up to 12.4 miles, with a top speed of up to 3.7 mph. You steer with a quick-disconnect LCD joystick that has a digital display, a USB-C port and a puddle light, and the carbon fiber arms flip up. A storage pocket on the seat back, a mesh cup holder and an adjustable lap belt round it out.

Custom Mobility ships the Jazzy Carbon HD across the lower 48.

Common questions

Can I try equipment before buying?

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.

Will it fit in my car?

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Do you ship outside Georgia?

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.

Do you service what you sell?

Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.

Will you service equipment somebody else installed?

Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.

Can I just come to the showroom?

Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
