About the Patella Straps
Two straps come in each order, one for each knee or a spare. Each Vive strap centers a firm foam pad, 2.52 in by 7.8 in, on the patellar tendon.
The pad gives constant, uniform compression, and you set how much by adjusting the strong fastener. The inside is lightly textured so the strap stays put all day. Because the profile is slim, it fits under most clothes.
Measure directly below the knee: the straps fit 6 in to 18 in. They are black, latex-free neoprene, and work on the left or right leg. Clean with spot cleaning and air dry.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
