About the Neck Support Brace
Three heights are offered, so you can match the brace to the length of the neck: 2.5 in, 3 in or 3.5 in, each 21 in long and about 1 in thick.
Inside the cushioned foam is a plastic splint that bends, giving the brace an extra layer of support. The outer fabric is nylon and spandex, chosen by Vive to keep the neck cool, and it is removable. The front is cut in a V to fit closer under the jaw.
One fastener strap adjusts the fit and how firmly it holds. It is black, latex-free and very light, from 0.17 lb. Spot clean with a damp cloth and hang to dry.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
