About the Neck Ice Pack Cryogrid
Cold that reaches the whole neck evenly is the idea behind Cryogrid. Vive fills this pack with rows of clay cells, so the temperature spreads across the area and the pack stays flexible.
It is shaped to sit along the neck and upper shoulders. Freeze it for 2 hours or more, then use it for 15 to 20 minutes per session. The clay interior holds the cold for longer, and the pack is reusable.
It has a black cover and a blue ice pack, measures 26.4 by 8.3 inches and weighs 2.5 lbs. Latex-free; spot clean only.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
