About the Moist Heat Pack Terry Cloth Covers
Clinics go through covers quickly, and home users want one that stays soft after many washes. Vive's terry cloth covers are built with that in mind: layered microfiber terry that holds up to frequent machine washing.
Each cover wraps a moist heat pack and closes with strong fastener strips, so the pack does not slip out. The terry also helps hold in the warmth.
Three sizes are offered. The neck contour cover measures 18 x 25 in and weighs 0.7 lbs, the standard is 20 x 28 in at 0.9 lbs, and the oversized is 24 x 32 in at 2.15 lbs. All are khaki, polyester and polyamide, latex-free, and wash cold, then dry on low or hang.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
