About the Mobility Scooter - Series A
The Vive Mobility Scooter Series A is a four-wheel mobility scooter steered by a wraparound delta tiller, a design Vive made for people with limited dexterity. Vive pairs it with comfortable, strain-free wrist control.
A single 24V 20AH battery gives up to 15.5 miles per charge, and the variable speed control tops out at 5 mph. The battery pack is removable, so you can charge it off the scooter with the included 2-amp charger.
With 3.5 inches of ground clearance, Vive says the Series A clears 2-inch doorsteps, and it is rated for inclines of 9 degrees or less. The 8.86-inch tires are solid, flat-free and non-marking on indoor floors. Vive does not recommend gravel paths or driveways.
The padded seat swivels 360 degrees and adjusts in height, with a contoured backrest behind you. A spacious non-slip platform supports up to 298 pounds with ample legroom. The front basket lifts off when you do not need it, and a high-intensity LED headlight is there for low-light navigation.

Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
