About the Leg Ice Pack
This pack covers most of the leg: Vive sized it to run from the hip down to the ankle, tapering from 13.9 in wide at the top to 8.4 in at the bottom.
It can go in the freezer or the microwave. A nylon face gives a stronger temperature effect and a plush face feels softer against the skin. Multiple straps adjust for different leg sizes and shapes: a 44 in top strap, a 32 in bottom strap and a separate 30 in middle strap.
The cover is nylon with a PVC coating, and the gel inside is made with glycerin and water. It weighs 3.24 lb. Do not machine wash it.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
