About the Knee Hot and Cold Pack
Curved sides and angled seals are what help this pack fit a knee. Vive designed the heat seals to circle the kneecap, with angled lines at the side that bends.
The gel inside is non-toxic and flexible even when frozen, and lasts up to 20 minutes of cold. Choose the nylon side for intense cold or the plush side for a softer feel. You can also heat it in a microwave.
It attaches with two straps, 25.20 in long, whose hook-and-loop works on either side and can be cut shorter. The pack weighs 1.59 lb and is latex-free. Wipe it with a damp cloth; do not machine wash.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
