About the Ice Wrap Replacement Packs
Keep a spare set of packs for your Vive ice wrap, or replace one that has gone missing. These packs are made to slide into the interior pockets of the matching wrap.
They are filled with clay gel that bends when frozen and can also be warmed. Packs are listed for the knee, ankle, shoulder, face, full head, elbow, head, back and wrist wraps; Vive publishes sizes for the knee (9.5 by 4.25 in), ankle (7 by 6.5 in side, 10.5 by 4.5 in top) and shoulder (9.5 by 9 by 6.5 in). Freeze two hours or more before use, and keep each session to 20 minutes or less. Wipe with a damp cloth.

Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
