About the Ice Pack - 11 x 14 Inch

A large, flat gel pack is handy to keep in the freezer. Vive's 11 by 14 inch pack holds silica gel that stays soft and pliable even when frozen, so it bends to fit instead of sitting stiff.

The cover is latex-free vinyl, tough against tears and splits, with every seam sealed. Freeze it flat for at least 2 hours. Vive recommends a hand towel or a layer of clothing between the pack and your skin, and a session of no more than 30 minutes. It can also be heated for warm use.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.

Will it fit in my car?

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Do you ship outside Georgia?

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.

Do you service what you sell?

Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.

Will you service equipment somebody else installed?

Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.

Can I just come to the showroom?

Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
