About the Ice Eye Mask
Cold from the freezer or warm from the microwave, Vive's gel eye mask rests across the eyes with full coverage. The mask is 10 by 4 inches, and with its straps it reaches 27 inches end to end.
The gel is a non-toxic clay inside latex-free PVC, and it stays bendable when frozen. A cotton-spandex cover fits over it for comfort and can be removed and washed. Two extra round packs, 3 inches each, are in the box. Follow Vive's directions: at least two hours in the freezer for cold; for heat, cover off, 15 seconds in the microwave, then short intervals, watching that it does not exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Limit each session to 30 minutes.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
