About the Hot and Cold Shoulder Sleeve
Sizing is based on two measurements, bicep and chest. Universal covers a 10 in to 12.5 in bicep and a 30 in to 50 in chest; the larger size covers 12.5 in to 17 in and 35 in to 60 in.
Whichever you choose, the sleeve envelops the shoulder in gel that bends even after time in the freezer. It also works warm. The fabric gives gentle compression while still letting you move naturally, and a 67 cm strap keeps it in position.
It is black, made of nylon, spandex and gel. The Universal weighs 1.55 lb and the larger size 2.52 lb.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
