About the Hip Ice Pack
Freeze it or warm it: this reusable gel pack from Vive does both, and it bends instead of turning stiff in the freezer.
Two straps hold it on, one at 41.33 in and one at 27.2 in, with D-ring closures that are easy to fasten and can be tightened for gentle compression. The hook-and-loop is double-sided, so either side of the strap works.
Choose the side that suits you. Nylon lets the cold come through more strongly; soft plush feels gentler on the skin. The pack is latex-free, weighs 1.53 lb, and is cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
