About the Full Head Ice Wrap
Cold from the freezer or warm from the microwave, the four gel packs in this wrap stay pliable. Vive pairs them with a soft neoprene cover that circles the whole head.
For cold, lay the packs flat in the freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours. For warmth, heat one pack at a time in 5-second intervals at full power, knead it and check the temperature before use. Then secure the packs in their pockets: an oval one for the top and three rectangles for the sides and back.
The wrap measures 21.46 in by 8.66 in, fits heads up to 30 in, and weighs 1.74 lb with the packs. It is gray with light blue piping and latex-free.
