About the Back Ice Pack
Most ice packs are too small to cover the back. Vive's Back Ice Pack is 67 by 54 cm, or 26.37 by 21.25 inches, and contoured to the shape of the back.
Use it cold from the freezer or warm from the microwave. One side is velvet for a soft feel and the other is nylon. The interior is PVC with reinforced seams to resist leaking. Straps adjust to hold it while you rest or move around the house. It weighs 3.25 lbs and comes with an EVA bag for the freezer. The gel is mostly water and glycerol. Spot clean and air dry.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
