About the Back and Stomach Hot and Cold Pack
Hands-free is the point of this gel pack. Two long straps wrap around the body and fasten with double-sided hook and loop, so the pack stays on whether you are sitting, standing or walking.
Choose your intensity by flipping it: the nylon side is colder, the plush side milder and drier. The Arctic Flex gel bends even when frozen and is built to be leak-free for long-term use.
Freeze it for at least two hours or warm it in a microwave, not on a stovetop. It measures 14.45 in by 8.94 in, large enough for the back, stomach or hip.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
