About the 14 x 13 Inch Ice Wrap
One pack, hot or cold. Vive's large gel wrap goes in the freezer for two hours or more, or into the microwave for 30 seconds on high, and it stays bendable even when frozen.
The gel pack slips into a soft cover lined with non-slip silicone and closed with two closures. Three fastener straps, including an extender, can be placed in any position on the cover, so the wrap can be secured around a knee, thigh, elbow, hip or back. The pack is tear-resistant, latex-free vinyl with sealed seams for reuse, and the cover comes off for the washing machine.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
