About the Wheelchair Backrest Cooling Pad
Heat builds up between your back and the chair when you sit for a long time. Vive's Backrest Cooling Pad puts a layer of 3D point gel and breathable fabric there to help spread that heat out.
Straps with O-rings adjust for tension and placement, so you or a caregiver can fit it to most 16 to 18 inch wheelchair and transport chair backrests and many scooters. The non-slip textured back helps it stay put. The exterior is polyester, sponge and TPU; size is 14.57 by 13.5 inches and 0.39 inches thick. It is blue and cool gray. Wipe clean and let it air dry fully.

Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
