Groin Harness: The Groin Harness provides essential pelvic support, helping prevent pelvic rotation and forward sliding (sacral sitting) in adaptive seating systems.

Smirthwaite's warranty, as the maker publishes it.

Materials and workmanship: 2 years from the date of delivery
Excludes accident, neglect, misuse, not following the instructions, and normal wear and tear
Where goods cannot be repaired under the warranty, a charge may be made; you are told before it is made

Repairs and replacements under warranty are processed in coordination with the manufacturer.

Shipping and delivery

Delivered with a lift gate. Orders that include Smirthwaite products carry a $175 lift-gate charge, added at checkout. It is a lift-gate charge, not a shipping cost, and it applies whatever the order total. Ships within the lower 48 (the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC).
Ships to the contiguous US (lower 48) only.
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days; some brands differ.
Shipping is free to the customer on online orders over $500.
We cover sales tax on every online order.

Will it fit in my car?

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Do you ship outside Georgia?

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.

Do you service what you sell?

Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.

Will you service equipment somebody else installed?

Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.

Can I just come to the showroom?

Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
