About the Protekt Supreme Support Self-Adjusting Air/Foam Mattress
Air below, gel infused memory foam above: the Protekt Supreme Support works without a pump, and it can take an optional alternating pressure pump when a powered surface is wanted.
Its air section is 10 interconnected cells joined by pressure valves. As the person shifts, air moves between the cells to equalize pressure; Proactive calls this Equalization Technology. The top layer is VGPT open cell visco memory foam infused with gel polymers, and the heel end slopes down.
Weight capacity depends on width: 500 lb at 35 in, 600 lb at 42 in, 650 lb at 48 in and 700 lb at 54 in. Every size is 7 in deep, and the 35 in comes 80 or 84 in long. The mattress carries a 5 year non-prorated warranty.
