About the Protekt STS Compact 500 Sit-to-Stand Lift
Bathrooms, bedrooms and other small rooms are where this compact stand lift fits in. An electric actuator raises the person from a seated position on a bed or chair, and one caregiver operates it.
Proactive lists a 500 lb capacity and a low base that slides under most furniture or chairs. Open the base with the foot pedal to get around a wheelchair or toilet. The kneepad adjusts to 21, 20 or 19 in high and through 4 in of depth, and the mast is 40 in tall.
A standing platform and cushioned knee pad come built in, and the actuator's emergency quick release covers a power outage.

Common questions
Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
