About the Protekt Aire 4600DXAB Mattress System with Digital Pump and Side Air Bolsters
Side air bolsters, a digital pump and a cell-on-cell base, all in one Protekt system. On the Aire 4600DXAB the bolsters run around the side perimeter, rising to 11 in, with a cut-out at the center for egress and ingress.
Below the surface, a one way valve holds air in the bottom 4 in of the cells during a power failure. The 4000DX pump sets pressure by weight, lets its compressor sleep at the set level, alternates every 10 minutes with low air loss, and gives a static mode and an alarm you can see and hear.
The 8 in mattress has 18 laser holes under a vapor permeable stretch nylon cover. It holds 400 lbs, with a 2 year non-prorated warranty.
