About the Heel Lift Inserts
Pick the height first: 0.6 in, 1.0 in or 1.4 in. Each size of these Vive heel lifts raises the heel by that amount and slips out of sight inside a closed-heel shoe.
Honeycomb-patterned gel cushions every step, and a U-shaped cup holds the heel steady. The top layer is a velvety fabric that lets heat escape and moves sweat away to keep the foot dry. All three heights share one footprint, 2.52 in wide.
One pair fits US men's shoe sizes 8-13 and women's 6-10. They are latex-free and wash by hand in warm water with mild detergent; let them dry fully before use.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
