About the Heel Cups
Slip one into each shoe, on top of the insole, and the heel gets an extra layer of cushioning. These Vive heel cups are made for closed-heel shoes of all kinds, worn with or without socks.
Underneath is a double waffle design that takes up the shock of each step and evenly distributes the pressure. The material is a latex-free thermoplastic elastomer, flexible enough to mold to the heel and durable for daily use. You can trim the edges for a custom fit.
Sizes are small, medium and large, unisex, sold as a pair. They come out easily for cleaning: hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and air dry.

Can I try equipment before buying?
Yes. Come to the showroom in Athens or ask for an in-home evaluation.
Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
