About the Carbon Crossover Power Wheelchair Battery (5.2Ah)
Need a backup for your Carbon Crossover? This Vive battery is the 24V 5.2Ah lithium-ion version, made for model MOB1123. Only the battery is included.
A protective housing surrounds the cells. Charging happens through the joystick port; plan on 6–8 hours, and watch the light go from blue to green.
Recharge at least twice a month even when the chair is not in use. Vive lists an operating range of 77°F to 122°F and recommends indoor charging.

Will it fit in my car?
Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.
Will you service equipment somebody else installed?
Often, depending on the platform and whether we hold the relationship with that manufacturer. Tell us what you have.
Can I just come to the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome in Athens, at 315 Whitehead Road. Appointments are better, because it means the right person is there when you arrive.
