Keep a spare on hand, or replace a worn one. This 25.9V 10.4Ah lithium-ion battery fits the Vive Carbon Crossover Power Wheelchair, model MOB1123, and nothing else is included.
It sits in durable protective housing. To charge, plug the charger into the chair's joystick port and wait for the indicator to change from blue to green, about 6–8 hours.
For battery health, recharge at least twice a month. Operating temperature is 77°F to 122°F, and Vive recommends charging indoors.

Ask this at the start rather than after delivery. Folding and travel models go in a trunk. A full-size chair needs a vehicle lift or a conversion, and we do those too.

Yes. Products ship across the lower 48. Installation and service are Georgia.
Do you service what you sell?
Yes, with our own technicians. The person who comes back is from the same company as the person who installed it.

Can I just come to the showroom?
