SureGrip Push/Twist Hand Control

The SureGrip Push/Twist Hand Control uses motorcycle-style twist acceleration with an auxiliary handle that makes the twisting motion easier and less fatiguing than standard twist controls. Push forward to brake, twist the grip to accelerate. The auxiliary handle provides additional leverage, allowing for longer, more comfortable driving periods without the wrist fatigue that can occur with basic twist designs.

The Push/Twist is popular with drivers who have experience with motorcycle controls or who prefer the precise speed modulation that a twist grip provides. The incremental twist motion allows very fine throttle adjustment, which some drivers find more intuitive than the push/pull or rock motions.
