Why Choose Custom Mobility for Service & Repair

What sets us apart from the competition

Certified & Credentialed Team

Our team includes ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) and CRTS (Certified Rehabilitation Technology Supplier) credentialed staff, with ongoing continuing education from the leading instructional organizations in the United States.

We Service What Others Won't

We repair equipment regardless of who sold it. Most shops only service what they sell — we service what you need. If parts are available, we'll fix it.

Free Assessment & Battery Check

Walk into our showroom anytime for a free battery check or equipment assessment. We'll tell you what's wrong and what it'll cost before any work begins.

Pickup, Delivery & White Glove

Can't bring it to us? We'll pick it up and deliver it back. New purchases include free white-glove delivery within 20 minutes of our showroom.

Free First-Year Service

Every new product purchased from Custom Mobility includes free service for the first year. If something goes wrong, bring it in — no charge.

Honest Diagnostics

We tell you what's wrong, what it costs to fix, and whether it's worth fixing. If your equipment is beyond repair, we'll tell you — and help you find the right replacement.

The Custom Mobility Difference

Not all repair shops are created equal.

What Others Do

  • Refuse to service equipment they didn't sell
  • Quote a low diagnostic fee, then inflate the repair estimate
  • Order parts after the first visit, requiring a second trip weeks later
  • Recommend full replacement when a $50 part would fix the problem

The Custom Mobility Way

  • We service all brands — whether we sold it or not
  • Our diagnostic assessment is free and our repair quote is final
  • We stock common parts and complete most repairs on the first visit
  • We fix what can be fixed and are honest when it can't

Your mobility equipment isn't a luxury — it's your independence. We treat every repair like it matters, because it does.
