Century Series
The BraunAbility Century Series is a fully hydraulic platform lift offering the highest capacity options in the BraunAbility personal-use lineup. With weight capacities ranging from 750 to 1,000 lbs, the Century accommodates the heaviest personal-use power wheelchairs, bariatric scooters, and oversized mobility equipment.
The Century features platform options from 31 to 34 inches wide and up to 51 inches long, with a floor-to-ground reach of up to 54 inches — the greatest range in the BraunAbility lineup. Variable pump placement provides installation flexibility for different vehicle configurations. The lift is available with handrail operation or remote control, depending on the user's preference and ability.
Like the Millennium, the Century Series is VA accepted and NHTSA compliant. The hydraulic operation provides smooth, controlled lifting with built-in safety features including roll stops, manual backup, and emergency lowering capability.
Custom Mobility installs the Century Series for both personal and light commercial applications. Our BraunAbility-certified technicians handle the complete installation including hydraulic system integration, platform configuration, electrical wiring, safety testing, and operator training. The Century's higher capacity often requires additional attention to vehicle structural support, which our team evaluates during the pre-installation assessment.
