AL425HD Axis II Heavy Duty

Heavy-duty interior boom lift with powered lift and rotation.

  • Cap: 450 lbs
  • Boom height: 30"-41"
  • Only 30" headroom needed
  • Optional wireless remote
  • Fully powered lift and rotation

AL425HD Axis II Heavy Duty

The Harmar AL425HD Axis II Heavy Duty is the high-capacity version of the Axis II interior boom lift, supporting up to 450 lbs with fully powered lift and rotation. The AL425HD is built for heavier power wheelchairs and bariatric scooters that exceed the standard Axis II's capacity.

The boom height adjusts from 30 to 41 inches, and the lift requires only 30 inches of headroom, making it compatible with vehicles that have lower trunk openings. An optional wireless remote allows operation from outside the vehicle. The fully powered rotation and lift mean zero manual effort during the loading cycle.

Custom Mobility installs the AL425HD with reinforced mounting and heavy-gauge wiring appropriate for the increased weight loads. Our Harmar-certified technicians evaluate your vehicle's structural capacity and configure the lift for safe, reliable operation with your specific device.

The Custom Mobility Difference

Not all mobility companies are created equal.

What Others Do

  • Film and photograph customers on installation day for marketing
  • Pressure for five-star reviews before equipment is tested
  • Disappear after the sale — unreachable when problems arise
  • Cut corners on installation to rush to the next job

The Custom Mobility Way

  • We never film or photograph unless you specifically ask
  • Our reputation speaks through our work — no pressure for reviews
  • We always show up — a week, a month, or years later
  • Every installation done right by factory-certified technicians

We're not here for a photo op. We're here because your independence matters — today, next month, and for years to come.
