Adapt Solutions ASENTO XL-Seat
The Adapt Solutions ASENTO XL-Seat is a transfer board that takes you from the floor of the vehicle up to the driver or passenger seat. Designed for wheelchair users who enter the vehicle at floor level (typically through a lowered-floor minivan or ramp-equipped vehicle), the ASENTO bridges the height gap between the vehicle floor and the standard seat position.
The ASENTO features a narrower, more compact design than its predecessor, suited to the tighter cabin dimensions of modern vehicles. A retractable support arm with an easy-to-use hand pendant provides powered lift assistance with a simple two-button control (in and out). Variable height positioning allows the board to stop at any height for specific transfer needs.
The slightly cushioned, vinyl-covered transfer board supports 275 lbs and requires no structural vehicle modifications. The ASENTO is designed for minivans, pickup trucks, SUVs, and select crossovers, and can be installed in driver or front passenger positions. A 3-year limited warranty covers the system.
